a talented chef from St. Petersburg and he is the brand-chef of the Syrnik Restaurant (St. Petersburg). In 2018, he represented Russia at the most prestigious gastronomic congress in the world, Madrid fusion. On tour # 4 Anton presented 6 signature dishes.
Anton was joined by the vice-president of the Moscow sommelier association and brand ambassador of Bodegas Ramon Bilbao, Roman Sosnovsky. Roman selected four types of wine, and described them in details.
